FANTASY FOOTBALL TRADE: GREG JENNINGS FOR STEVE SLATON?

I was just offered steve slaton for greg jennings. (i give up jennings). I have wes welker and calvin johnson at WR and adrian peterson and ryan grant at RB. I also have anthony gonzalez on the bench if i accepted the trade he would start. Should i pull the trigger?
