How do I play Pianisamo on Carmen for the Piccolo?

I'm playing the duet Carmen for Piccolo with my teacher as an ignment. I can play the second part just fine, but it's rather hard for me to get ppp in the upper octave while not going flat and keeping a good sound. I know I need to keep a smaller embouchure but do y'all have any other suggestions? Any tips or suggestions from playing Carmen or any experience? thanks so much!
