I need hair help fast!!?!!?!!?!!?!!?!?

how can i get blonde highlghts without using dye? is there something you can use from home? i have blonde hair and it is getting darker and i want to make it brighter. can someone help?and somethin else do u guys think it wierd how college kids are always walkin around campus with thier cell phone in their ear not even talking?
